Great workout, App needs work

I enjoy the workout itself, but the app is not the greatest. It would be nice to look ahead to see what the workouts are. Also the app does not work in the background when another app is running. As said in other reviews, it would be nice to have voice instructions rather than a beep so you know without a doubt you are doing.
